Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Nov. 27.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Kim Meyer, Hudgens & Meyer, LLC and Ashley Gott, Treasurer present.

Update given on Whiteash. The Village of Pittsburg were going to be contacting the USDA and talk to them about the possible transfer of sewer system. No action taken.

Public Hearing for Truth in Taxation began at 10:04 a.m. with no comments from the public. Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry, approving the Truth in Taxation. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo closing out the Public Hearing. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving the Certificate of Compliance. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving 2019/2020 Final Budget. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, No. All members present and two voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, RESOLUTION NO. 19-11-27-61 APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry, approving RESOLUTION NO. 19-11-27-62 STATEMENT OF TAX LEVIES. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry an seconded by Jim Marlo, approving RESOLUTION NO. 19-11-27-63 JAIL BOND ABATEMENT. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry, approving Hudgens and Meyer Management Representation Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Beverly Yackey, Williamson County resident, was present to discuss various issues of the auditing produced by Kim Meyer of Hudgens and Meyer. Kim Meyer was present and gave an explanation of each question that Ms. Yackey had.

Lorie LeQuatte, Regional Office of Education, was present to go over questions she had concerning her budget. Tom Couch, Gentry and Couch, was present to discuss ICRMT rates.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry, approving ICRMT Renewal 2019/2020. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry adjourning meeting. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
