1.Authorization to purchase IMLRMA Optional Equipment Breakdown Insurance.

2.Road Closure – 200 block E. Madison Street on November 11, 2019 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for the American Legion.

3.Road Closure – 100 block E. Walnut Street on October 20, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for HHS Football Alumni Fundraiser.

4.Discuss cannabis regulations.
