Later that same day, Murphysboro High School encouraged followers to prepare for the winter sports season and consider purchasing school merchandise. In the November 3, 2025 post, the school stated: "Winter sport seasons are just around the corner! Stock up on some Red Devil gear for yourself or get a head start on your holiday shopping! The last day to order will be November 16th, and will ship out after December 1st.
