VII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Open Bids For Parcel 0329102030

B. Award A Bid And Authorize The Mayor To Sign A Quit Claim Deed For Parcel 0329102030

C. Approve A Contract With Aqua Backflow, Inc, For A Cross Connection Control Program

Under this contract, Aqua Backflow will manage the City’s cross connection program including all required surveys and mailings to stay compliant with IEPA requirements. All of this is done at zero cost to the City, however, Aqua Backflow will require a filing fee from the plumber at submittal for $26.95.

D. Ratify An Agreement With Engineering Enterprises, Inc. For An Initial Lead Service Line Replacement Plan, Not To Exceed $15,751

The purpose of this agreement is to provide engineering services in the development of the Initial Lead Service Line Replacement Plan by the April 15, 2024 deadline set by the IEPA.
