A. EMPLOYMENT

1) Hub Recreation Center

2) Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Daniel Barriger as part-time Fitness Attendant $14.00/hour, Basketball Staff $14.00/hour, and Tackle Football Staff $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

3) Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Madox Billingsley as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

B. MINUTES

1) Discuss/Approve Minutes from the February 12, 2024 council meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

5. STREET DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3939; a loan agreement with First Southern Bank for the purchase of a new 2024 Freightliner.

6. PUBLIC AFFAIRS

A. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3938; a professional services agreement with Jacob & Klein and the Economic Development Group for the creation of TIF XX.

B. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3940; an amendment to the redevelopment agreement with Aaron Smith & Little Nashville Cafe, Inc.

C. Discuss/Approve the purchase of 15 solar signs to identify public parking lots downtown; funded fully through the Energy Transition Communities Grant

D. Discuss/Approve a Hub TIF Commercial Facade Grant application from Monroe Cleaners for $10,000.
