Action: 3.2 Application for an On-Premises Secondary Restaurant License by Carbondale OpCo LLC dba Buffalo Wild Wings
MOTION: Approve the issuance of an On-Premises Secondary Restaurant Liquor License to Carbondale OpCo, LLC dba Buffalo Wild Wings, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items; or, deny the issuance of the license based on one or more provisions of the liquor code.
Motion by Lee Fronabarger, second by Ginger Rye Sanders.
