Village of Makanda Board of Trustees will meet Nov. 9.

Here is the agenda provided by the board:

WELCOME: The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Makanda will be held at 7 p.m. at the Village Hall, 244 Makanda Road, Makanda, Illinois. Visitors are welcome at all meetings of the Board of Trustees. Public comments in regard to agenda and non-agenda items can be made under “Citizen’s Hearing” or when recognized by the Board President or upon completion of the agenda. 

Individual speakers will be allowed a total of ten minutes to address the Village Board. Total time allowed for this portion of the agenda is twenty-five minutes. The Village Board will consider public comments at a later time. This is not a time for back-and-forth discussion with members of the Board
