8. OLD BUSINESS

A) Confirm Trustee Echols has completed mandatory training for 2022.

B) Confirm filing of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2022 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of Collective Bargaining Agreement, minutes from all meetings, training certificates for all trustees and other required documents.

C) Discuss officer now working for Sheriff’s Department who wants to transfer creditable service with the Carbondale Police Department and the pension to IMRF-SLEP (PA 102-1061), if officer has replied.

D) Status of Daniel Rice annual disability review.

9. NEW BUSINESS

A) Review and discuss Actuarial Valuation Report from Illinois Department of Insurance, if available, vs. MWM Actuarial Report and discuss request for contribution letter to Municipality.

B) Review and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2023, if available.
