1) Approve Governmental Consulting Solutions, Inc. invoice 5960 dated 10/1/2022 for $3,000 for October 2022 Consulting Services.

B. EMPLOYMENT 

1) HUB RECREATION CENTER 

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Rylie Patrick as part-time Childwatch Attendant $12.00/hour, Front Desk Attendant $12.00/hour, and Cafe Attendant $12.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Lorenzo Hightower as part-time Fitness Attendant $12.00/hour, Basketball Sports Staff $12.00/hour, Cafe Attendant $12.00/hour, and Front Desk Attendant $12.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Ruby Winters as part-time Custodian $12.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

C. MINUTES

A. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3835 amending Ordinance 2190 concerning residential driveways and accessways.

B. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3836 amending the electrical code and regulations.

C. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3837 amending the electrical license requirements.

D. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3839 repealing and replacing Title 10 Chapter 11 of the Marion City Code regarding the regulation of Mobile Homes.

6. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT 

A. Discuss/Approve contract with Voltus.

B. Discuss/Approve the replacement of a sewer main under Print Avenue using Hub TIF funds. 

7. POLICE DEPARTMENT 

A. Discuss/Approve the amended Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between Marion Unit 2 School District and the City of Marion regarding provision of School Security Officers.
