Williamson County Board of Commissioners met May 26.

The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met at 10:00 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:

Jim Marlo, Chairman

Brent Gentry, Commissioner

Tim Atkisson, Commissioner

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Tim Atkisson, approving Recycling Portable Structure-EZPB of Marion in the amount of $4,998.22. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Tim Atkisson, approving the increase for Correctional Health Care of $36,034.12. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Tim Atkisson, approving RESOLUTION NO. 22-05-26-36 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE SALARY FOR THE WILLIAMSON COUNTY SHERIFF. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Discussion had with Travis Emery, County Engineer, on road extension project invoices and Williams Energy Mine.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Tim Atkisson, approving an ARPA payout from Clarida & Zeigler Engineering in the amount of $54,274.40. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Tim Atkisson, approving an ARPA payout from Clarida & Zeigler Engineering in the amount of $5,000 contingent on receiving documentation from Clarida & Zeigler Engineering and Blairsville for Admin Fees. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkisson, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.

Discussion had on setting up a meeting with States Attorney, Public Defender and Judge Green to clarify the split of ARPA funds between the offices and also the court security Trust Fund.

Discussion had on changes needing to made to the Liquor and Dance Hall Ordinance.

Motion made by Tim Atkisson and seconded by Brent Gentry adjourning meeting. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Tim Atkission, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
