The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met at 1:11 p.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:
Jim Marlo, Chairman
Tim Atkisson, Commissioner
Attest: Amanda Barnes, County Clerk and Recorder
Meeting was held to discuss Animal Control issue that took place at the residence of Michael Berry. Commissioner Marlo invited Representatives to discuss possible changes to the County’s Ordinance. Those in attendance were:

Motion made by Tim Atkisson and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving RESOLUTION NO. 21-06-23-46 RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE FEDERAL AID MATCHING FUNDS FOR CEDAR GROVE ROAD RESURFACING. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, No Present; Tim Atkisson, Yea. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Motion made by Tim Atkisson and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving RESOLUTION NO. 21-06-23-47 RESOLUTION FOR IMPROVEMENT FOR GRASSY ROAD BRIDGE OVER WOLF CREEK. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Not Present; Tim Atkisson, Yea. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
Motion made by Tim Atkisson and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving RESOLUTION NO. 21-06-23-48 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A CLASS II TRUCK ROUTE FOR LAKE OF EGYPT ROAD. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Not Present, Tim Atkisson, Yea. Two members present voting Yea; motion carried.
