According to another Facebook post on the same day, Severin also had a chance to visit with Seniors at Murphysboro High School.
“Yesterday was an exciting day to spend some time with Seniors at Murphysboro High School with Mr. Jerrells’s classes,” Severin said. “Discussing the day in the life of a legislator and also what goes on in Springfield, bills, web sites etc. I was very impressed with their interest of politics and also their life ambitions. We are in good hands with these kids taking care of business in the future.”
