Williamson County Board of Commissioners met Dec. 31.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Discussion had on recycling. There will no longer be the 24/7 access and the hours of normal operation will resume. 

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving 2019 County Audit Engagement Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, No. All members present two voting Yea; motion carried. 

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving 2019 Circuit Clerk Audit Engagement Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, No. All members present two voting Yea; motion carried. 

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving 2019 Commissary Audit Engagement Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, No. All members present two voting No; motion carried. 

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving Consulting Services Engagement Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, No. All members present two voting Yea; motion carried. 

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving 2020/2021 Budget Assembly Engagement Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis. No. All members present two voting No; motion carried. 

Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Jim Marlo, approving Circuit Clerk Exit Audit Engagement Letter. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, No. All members present two voting Yea; motion carried. 

Tom Couch, Gentry and Couch Insurance was present to give quotes on Cyber Insurance. No action taken. 

Discussion had with Jason Wallingford, Trophy Properties, pertaining to an online land sale. Mr. Wallingford will follow up with a proposed marketing plan to present to the board for the property East of Marion that the County owns and is wanting to sell. 

Motion made by Jim Marlo and seconded by Brent Gentry adjourning meeting. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
