8. OLD BUSINESS

A) Review and approve new Investment Policy & Guidelines.

B) Discuss status of Daniel Rice annual disability review (Yazdi appt 10/23/19)

C) Discuss status of private Actuarial Valuation Report from Tepfer Consulting.

D) Confirm Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit (or draft financial statements) have been filed with Illinois Department of Insurance.

E) Discuss IPPFA Regional Seminar, Wednesday, November 13, 2019 in Carterville, Illinois; and IPPFA Illinois Conference May 5-8, 2020 in Springfield, Illinois.

9. NEW BUSINESS

A) Discuss and approve setting of 2020 board meeting dates currently meet monthly on 3rd Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at Carbondale City Hall; (1/21; 2/18; 3/17; 4/21; 5/19; 6/16; 7/21; 8/18; 9/15; 10/20; 11/17; 12/15/2020)

B) Review and discuss proposed resolution from IPPFA regarding consolidation of pension funds.

C) Discuss status of Christine Snyder annual disability review.

D) Review and discuss the IDOI Actuarial Report and tax levy, if available, and discuss demand letter to Municipality for contributions.

E) Follow up discussion regarding payment to IRS in the amount of $3,543.00 for failure to timely submit withholding monies and response from Gallagher Insurance regarding payment of same.
