Chris Long of Vegetation Management Company (VMC) presented his proposal for servicing the Village for weed control. The Gold Service Level provides follow up treatment and inspections to cover any problem spots, areas with obstructions, or where the inventory has been moved around, throughout the growing season. Mr. Long stated that the initial treatment should last the entire season, but he would come back for a follow up in July. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Considering the cost of the chemicals and the labor for the Village employees to spray the weeds themselves, the Board felt it would be cost effective to contract with VMC.
