A) Discuss status of filing of Illinois Finance Entity forms due February 28, 2019;

B) Discuss status of Blake Harsy’s request for transfer of contributions to State Employee Retirement System with the Illinois State Police.

C) Discuss upcoming Mayoral reappointment for board member Paul Echols, term expires 5/13/2019.

D) Discuss filing Economic Interest disclosure forms with County Clerk by May 1, 2019.

E) Discuss status of Trey Harris disability review. (Schedule hearing for March 19, 2019 board meeting).

F) Discuss status of Christine Snyder disability review. (Appt. with Dr. Robson scheduled for March 5, 2019).
