A. Founders’ Day Play
a. Discuss the progress of the plays conception
b. Budget potential costs
c. Discuss suitable venue options
B. Flag Retirement Ceremony at Founders’ Park
a. Discuss the local Girl Scouts as an option to perform the retirement ceremony
b. Invite a local school band that can perform Taps and other appropriate music
C. Founders’ Day Celebration Gala/ Dinner
a. Revisit the Gala as an option for this year or plan for next year
i. Suggest venues for event
ii. Create a budget for costs of venue, food, entertainment, etc.
iii. Backup options
