The Water & Sewer Committees met on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at 5:00 PM to discuss personnel. Chairperson Heath Rushing called the meeting to order. The purpose of the meeting was to perform Director of Public Works David Griffin’s evaluation and to discuss personnel issues.
Present:
Heath Rushing, Water Committee Chair
Tony Rushing, Sewer Committee Chair
Eric Schuler, Committee Member
Paulette Johnson, Trustee
Motion made by Eric Schuler, seconded by Tony Rushing, to go into executive session at 5:02 PM, pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1). Upon roll call vote: Tony Rushing – Yes; Eric Schuler – Yes; Heath Rushing – Yes. Motion carried.
Motion made by Tony Rushing, seconded by Eric Schuler, to come out of executive session at 6:30 PM. Upon roll call vote: Tony Rushing – Yes; Eric Schuler – Yes; Heath Rushing – Yes. Motion carried.
As the committee had no recommendations at this point and there was no further discussion, the meeting adjourned at 6:31 PM.
