Village of DeSoto Board of Trustees met March 5.

Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

Besides regular business, i.e., approval of previous minutes, consideration of bills, treasurer’s report approval, issuance of permits, committee reports, etc., the following topics will be discussed and a possible vote taken

1. Extension of electric contract with Select Energy Partners to get lower rates for the municipal buildings and streetlights

2. Water deposit rate increase

Residents’ participation is imperative to ensure that consideration of all business is based on the opinions of all interested parties.
