Village of DeSoto Board of Trustees will meet Nov. 20.

Besides regular business, i.e., approval of previous minutes, consideration of bills, treasurer’s report approval, issuance of permits, committee reports, etc., the following topics will be discussed and a possible vote taken.
1. Mark Kelly – Renewal of employees’ health insurance
2. Procedures for the Public Service Work Program
3. Ordinance No. 2017-7 authorizing the sale of the 2006 Ford Explorer police vehicle
4. Resolution 2017-6 in support of Illinois Bicentennial celebrations Residents’ participation is imperative to ensure that consideration of all business is based on the opinions of all interested parties.
