Murphysboro High School reported on its official X account a recent girls basketball game result and shared additional posts over November 17-18, 2025.

Murphysboro High School is part of the Murphysboro Community Unit School District 186, which serves Jackson County and includes several schools such as Carruthers Elementary School, General John A.
