MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission Meeting of July 23, 2024

Motion by Ginger Rye Sanders, second by Adam Loos.

Action: 3.2 Application from Dada Gurudev, LLC d/b/a Bombay Olive for an On-Premises Secondary Restaurant Liquor License with Video Gaming Rider

There was a question about the sale price for the business.

MOTION: Approve the issuance of the On-Premises Secondary Use Restaurant liquor license with video gaming rider, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items

Motion by LaCaje Hill, second by Clare Killman.
