A. INVOICES

1) Approve Governmental Consulting Solutions, Inc. Invoice 6616 for $3,000 for September 2024 consulting services.

B. MINUTES

1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the August 26, 2024 city council meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

5. POLICE DEPARTMENT

A. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the merit board, Commissioner Barwick, and Chief Fitts to hire Dylan Carrico as a patrol officer at the agreed upon rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Carrico's start date will be September 10th, 2024.

B. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the merit board, Commissioner Barwick, and Chief Fitts to hire Megan Gooch as a patrol officer at the agreed upon rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Gooch's start date will be September 11th, 2024.

C. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the merit board, Commissioner Barwick, and Chief Fitts to hire Madison Arnold as a patrol officer at the agreed upon rate per the collective bargaining agreement. Arnold's start date will be September 12th, 2024.

6. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve FY25 TIF Grant Applications received through 9.6.2024.
