Severin emphasizes school bus safety as students return

As students return to school, Severin urges motorists to practice smart school bus safety. The most dangerous part of the school bus ride for students is getting on and off the bus.

"Please take some time this back-to-school season to brush up on the rules for passing a school bus and help us keep our kids safe this school year!" said Severin.
