3. Intergovernmental Agreement for Nutrient Assessment Reduction Planning (NARP).

4. Engineering Agreement – Farley Engineering – Herrin Road Watermain Replacements.

5. Engineering Agreement – Farley Engineering – 6th & Pine Lift Station Rehabilitations.

6. Agreement – IDOT – Route 148 from Hemlock St. to Herrin St.

7. Resolution 6-2024 Use of TIF Funds for Improvements to Park Avenue (Parking Lanes).

8. Appoint Leah McWilliams as Deputy City Clerk effective June 19, 2024.
