4. CONSENT AGENDA

A. INVOICES

1) Discuss/Approve Governmental Consulting Solutions, Inc. invoice 6487 for $3,000 for Consulting Services for May 2024.

B. EMPLOYMENT

1) HUB RECREATION CENTER

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Matthew Clark as part-time Cafe Attendant $14.00/hour, and Camp Counselor $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Jonathan Simmons as part-time Camp Counselor $14.00/hour, Basketball Sports Staff $14.00/hour, Football Staff $14.00/hour, Fitness Attendant $14.00/hour, and Cafe Attendant $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

2) MARION CARNEGIE LIBRARY

Approve the recommendation of the Director to hire Elaina Gilley as PT Library Assistant at $14/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

3) SEWER DEPARTMENT

Approve the recommendation of the Wastewater Supervisor to hire Ethan Holmes as a full time laborer pending pre-employment screening.

C. MINUTES

1) Discuss/Approve minutes from the May 13, 2024 city council meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

5. BUILDING & CODE SERVICES

A. Discuss and vote to either affirm or overrule the Zoning Board's approval of a Special Use Permit at 307 W Simmons St., Parcel# 06-24-288-001, to open a resale store in an MH-Mobile Home zoned area. (Smith)

B. Discuss/Approve the purchase of a 2022 Ford Escape SEL with 19,000 miles from Vogler Ford for $26,995 and trading in a 2015 Ford Escape with a trade-in value of $4,500.

6. THE PAVILION

A. Discuss/Approve the replacement of the front doors and the installation of an automatic door opener; a budgeted item.

7. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve FY25 TIF Grant Applications received through May 23, 2024.

B. Discuss/Approve low bid for relocation of 16 inch forcemain for the Wildcat Roundabout Project.
