Rep. Severin welcomes Preacher Odom to offer opening prayer at legislative session

State Representative Dave Severin (R-Benton) extended a warm welcome to Preacher Justin Odom of Mt. Vernon Church of Christ in Springfield on Thursday, May 16. The preacher was invited to offer the House's opening prayer before the commencement of the legislative session.

Severin expressed his pride in hosting Preacher Odom at the State Capitol in Springfield for the invocation prior to the House Session. He said, “Preacher Odom did his congregants proud and offered a beautiful prayer filled with faith and dedicated to our Lord and Savior. I thank Preacher Odom for joining me in Springfield and wish him and the entire congregation of Mt. Vernon Church of Christ my very best.”
