On Tuesday, at the State Capitol, Pastor Chris Marsh of Ditney Ridge Baptist Church in Norris City was invited by 116th district State Representative Dave Severin (R-Benton) to offer the opening invocation prayer prior to the commencement of the House Session. The state-sponsored and funded website provided a video of Pastor Marsh's opening prayer.
