*The Board of Education welcomes the audience to make public or employee comments. The Board has set aside time in the agenda specifically for this purpose. Pursuant to Board Policy 2.230, each speaker shall be limited to a 5-minute presentation. Quarterly Financial Report/State Budget Update

*Mrs. Brown will review the district’s revenue and expenditures for the third quarter of FY24 and provide an update regarding the status of the State budget, if any.

Update on Working Cash Bond and Facility Sales Tax Projected Expenditures *Mrs. Brown will review a cash flow report outlining the projects to be funded by working cash bonds and facility sales tax.

Approve Intergovernmental Agreements with ROE 30 Alternative School Programs *It is the recommendation of the administration to renew the district’s intergovernmental agreements with the Regional Office of Education in order to participate in the COPE Safe Schools Program and SOAR Alternative Program for the 2024-2025 school year.

Presentation of the First Reading of PRESS Policies Update—Issue 114

*IASB PRESS Plus Policy Services has provided the March 2024, Issue 114 of PRESS Plus with the most recent policy updates for Board consideration. The policy updates will be on review until the time of the second reading and approval at the May 14, 2024 board meeting.

Recording of Board of Education Meetings and Public Posting to District Website *Per the March 2024 board meeting, the District’s legal counsel has been contacted to provide an explanation of the Local Records Act and School Board Records Maintenance Requirements. President Pangrazio will review the information with the Board.

Approval of Panorama Contract for Climate Survey

*Per the March 26, 2024, special board meeting, Panorama has provided a draft 1-year contract for the board’s review and subsequent approval. Dr. James-Gross will provide additional information at the meeting.
