2) HUB RECREATION CENTER

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Amber Worak as part-time Front Desk Attendant $14.00/hour, and Cafe Attendant $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Brian King as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, and Swim Instructor Trainee $15.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Camissa Tipp as part-time Front Desk Attendant $14.00/hour, Cafe Attendant $14.00/hour, and Fitness Attendant $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Annaliese Perry as part-time Camp Counselor $14.00/hour, and Childwatch Attendant $14.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

5. BUILDING & CODE SERVICES

6. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND MUNICIPAL PLANNING

A. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3949 adopting the FY25 Hub TIF Commercial Facade Renovation Program.

B. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3950 adopting the FY25 Residential TIF I & II Exterior Improvement Grant Program.

7. THE PAVILION

A. Discuss/Approve the bid from Floorscapes to install ceramic tile in the bathrooms; a budgeted FY25 expense.

8. TREASURER'S OFFICE

A. Discuss/Approve the recommendation of the Treasurer to sign the FY24 Audit Engagement Letter with Atlas CPAs & Advisors, PLLC.
