SPRINGFIELD – State Rep. Dave Severin welcomed several local schools’ FFA chapters to the Illinois State Capitol this week. Rep. Severin is a long-time supporter of ag-education. "He thanked students for their hard work and dedication to agriculture, ag education, and agribusiness," said State Rep. Dave Severin as the students marked Illinois Agriculture Legislative Day. Rep. Severin welcomed students from Carmi-White County, Edwards County, and Mt. Vernon high schools to the Capitol and to the House Floor.
