State Representative Dave Severin has released a statement in recognition of Chronic Disease Awareness Day. In his message, Severin highlighted the prevalence of chronic diseases among Americans and emphasized the importance of education and support for those affected.

“Approximately 6 in 10 Americans live with at least one chronic disease. Please stay educated on how to prevent chronic illness, while supporting loved ones who suffer from them,” Severin stated. He also expressed his hopes for healing and comfort for those suffering from such conditions.

The announcement was made on a state-sponsored website where campaign-related content is prohibited by ethics regulations.
