1. Appoint Gavin Thompson as Full-Time Laborer effective February 14, 2024

2. Intergovernmental Agreement with Williamson County providing for the decommissioning and financial assurance of a commercial solar energy facility located within the corporate limits of the City of Herrin-Bandyville Solar Facility/Bandyville Sun, LLC.

3. Appoint Brad Chapman as full-time Public Works Equipment Maintenance Manager effective February 28, 2024.

4. Memorandum of Understanding between Laborer’s Local 773 and City of Herrin Public Works.

5. Resolution 1-2024 IDOT/MFT & Estimate of Costs. Section 24-00000-01-GM.
