2) Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3927 executing a Professional Services Agreement with Jacob & Klein and the Economic Development Group for the fourth amendment to the Marion STAR Bond District.
B. PUBLIC AFFAIRS
1) Discuss/Approve the purchase of a 2020 Ford Escape from Marion Subaru for $21,604.
