            a. Decide whether to continue previous events or discontinue them

            b. Revisit event ideas that were abandoned last year

      B. Discuss funding options

            a. Proposal for more City funds

            b. Fund raising

            c. Create a budget

      C. Establish a calendar of due dates for planning
