1. Authorization to waive bids and purchase cemetery software from CEMSITES.

2. Resolution 18-2023 Use of Tax Increment Financing Funds from TIF I for TIF V Creation Expenses to be Reimbursed Once TIF V is Established.

3. ORDINANCE 25-2023 Providing for the issuance of not to exceed $7,000,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2023, of the City of Herrin, Williamson County, Illinois, and providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds.

4. Discussion & Possible action for the City to explore cost savings measures with the low bidder for the new fire station before the bid expires with the intent of awarding general contract not to exceed $7,200,000.
