A. INVOICES

1) Approve an invoice from White & Borgognoni Architects for the design of the Boyton Street Community Center Addition.

B. EMPLOYMENT

1) HUB RECREATION CENTER

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire James Gott as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, Fitness Attendant $13.00/hour, Basketball Staff $13.00/hour, and Tackle Football Staff $13.00/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Marissa Miller as part-time Lifeguard $14.50/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

Approve the recommendation of the General Manager to hire Aiden Ball as part-time Lifeguard at $14.50/hour, pending results of pre-employment requirements.

2) WATER DEPARTMENT

Approve the recommendation of the Superintendent to hire Ryan Will as a Seasonal Laborer at $15.50/hour per the collective bargaining agreement.

3) CEMETERY

Approve the recommendation of the Superintendent to hire Tanner Wallace as a Seasonal Laborer at $15.50/hour per the collective bargaining agreement.

C. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3888 a Residential TIF I Redevelopment Agreement with Brynnlayne Properties for 307 E Boyton Street.

D. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3889 a Residential TIF I Redevelopment Agreement with CDR Rentals, LLC for 100 S. Gray Street.

E. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3890 a Residential TIF I Redevelopment Agreement with Josephine Miller for 1300 S. Mechanic Street.

F. Discuss/Approve Ordinance 3891 creating the Residential TIF I Multi-Family/Rental Redevelopment Grant Program.
