She's a shift supervisor on the North Surgical Unit. A co-worker nominated Briana saying, "...as I walked out of the room I was very visibly upset. Bri noticed immediately and took me away to talk. Without hesitation, Bri took over the care of the patient. She didn’t have to do any of it, but she made sure I was okay and really showed compassion towards myself and the patient."
