B) Discuss preparation of cash flow spread sheet for IPOPIF. (9/1/22 transfer)

C) Discuss any remaining issues regarding transfer of investment portfolio to IPOPIF scheduled for September 1, 2022.

D) Discuss status of preparation of Annual Statement, Interrogatories and Audit to be filed with the Illinois Department of Insurance no later than October 30, 2022 (no extensions will be granted by IDOI). Filing must also include copies of minutes from all meetings and training certificates for all trustees.
