4. Ordinance 30-2021 Abating General Obligation Bonds (Water System Revenue Pledge) Series 2017 Tax Levy for Tax Year 2021.

5. Ordinance 31-2021 Abating General Obligation Refunding Bonds Series 2021A, 2021B & 2021C Tax Levy for Tax Year 2021.

6. Reappoint EJ Bonner & Brett Crouse to the Herrin Civic Center Board for a term ending December 31, 2024.
