Carbondale Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
The purpose of the Ambassador’s Committee is to support and promote the overall goals of the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce. The five primary functions are promoting member participation, supporting the mission of recruiting and retaining Chamber membership, planning, implementing and participating in fundraising events, planning and hosting the Chamber annual meetings, and planning and facilitating ribbon cuttings, grand opening ceremonies, and after hour events for member businesses. The committee meets on the second Thursday of the month at the Carbondale Chamber of Commerce office at noon.
