The Williamson County Board of Commissioners met at 10:00 a.m. at the Williamson County Administrative Building Boardroom, Marion, Illinois, in a regular meeting of the Williamson County Board of Commissioners with the following members present:
Jim Marlo, Chairman
Brent Gentry, Commissioner
Ron Ellis, Commissioner

Memorandum of Understanding with Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge and Highway Department. Greg Smothers, County Engineer, recommended to decline the Memo of Understanding and will send a letter to the National Wildlife Refuge.
Motion made by Brent Gentry and seconded by Ron Ellis, approving the Petition to Vacate a Portion of Lakewood Park Unit 3-A Subdivision. Roll call vote was taken as follows: Jim Marlo, Yea; Brent Gentry, Yea; Ron Ellis, Yea. All members present voting Yea; motion carried.
