Carbondale Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
Centerstone, a national leader in behavioral health care, has announced that Centerstone’s Crisis Stabilization Unit, located at 403 Commerce Drive, Carterville, is now accepting walk-ins for crisis assessments for all ages Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“Our crisis services were developed to stop mental health crises, help prevent crises from happening again, assist with maintaining your health and efforts toward avoiding crises, and connect you with long-term support systems,” said Diedra Hopes, Centerstone Clinic Manager.
The following Centerstone facilities also offer walk-in crisis services including intervention assessment and referral, crisis stabilization and short-term crisis counseling:
Carbondale South – 2311 South Illinois Avenue, Carbondale
Marion Illinois Centre Healthcare – 3111 Williamson County Parkway, Marion
Marion Main Street – 1307 West Main Street, Marion
West Frankfort Office – 902 West Main Street, West Frankfort
