How did Paul Jacobs spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Paul Jacobs's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Dr Paul Jacobs, spent $52,084 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Jacobs's committee spent the most on radio advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($35,055) going to Stratemeyer Media in Paducah. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Jacobs's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
