How did Brad Bleyer spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Brad Bleyer's election campaign committee, Committee to Elect Bleyer 5th District Appellate Judge, spent $17,365 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bleyer's committee spent the most on campaign work in the quarter, with all those payments ($10,000) going to Joe Moore in Marion. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bleyer's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
