City of Carbondale recently issued the following announcement.
The Carbondale Fire Department recommends changing the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) detectors when you move your clocks forward. In addition, the CFD recommends refreshing items in your emergency supply kits ahead of severe weather season.
Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 3.
