City of Carbondale recently issued the following announcement. The City of Carbondale, Southern Illinois Healthcare and Southern Illinois University are teaming up to host two Information Employment Workshops in February.
Workshops dates and locations include:
February 13, SIU Student Center (Old Main Dining Room), 5-7 p.m.
February 26, Carbondale Civic Center, 5-7 p.m.
The events are designed to help the community learn and understand all phases of employment from Carbondale's top employers. Human resource representatives from each company will give presentations on the application, testing and interview processes. Individuals will have the opportunity to interact and ask questions after the presentations. The event is free and open to anyone in the community.
