4.Ordinance 2-2019 Amending Chapter 18, Article 7, Section 16, Subsections M & N of the Revised Code of Ordinances. Annual Property Owner’s Permit.

5.Ordinance 3-2019 Adding Chapter 3, Article 1, Section 9, Subsection D to the Revised Code of Ordinances. Animal Registration Incentive.

6.Agreement – TIF Façade – Bootleggers - 117 N. 16th Street.

7.Hire part-time animal control employee.

8.Authorize lease of property.
