Action: 2.1 Approval of Minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission Meeting of September 11, 2018

MOTION: Approve the minutes from the Local Liquor Control Commission meeting held on September 11, 2018

Motion by Jeff Doherty, second by Tom Grant.

Action: 2.2 Application for a Class A2 Liquor License (Restaurant - All Alcoholic Liquors) from Mendez Family Inc. d/b/a Sergio's Cantina at 1160 East Main Street

MOTION: Approve a Class A2 liquor license for Sergio's Cantina at 1160 East Main Street, contingent upon receipt of all outstanding items

Motion by Navreet Kang, second by Carolin Harvey.
