Keep Carbondale Beautiful has an opportunity to get free Sidewalk Butlers (see photo) to collect cigarette butts in Carbondale to help smokers dispose of cigarette butts properly. Contact Keepcb with location (address) where receptacle will be placed, along with a promise to install and maintain for more information.
